All rooms have air conditioners and queen beds. No
private bathroom/shower facilities in the rooms. Two men's and two
women's bathrooms with showers and hot water located down the hall from
the rooms. The rooms and bathrooms are well maintained and clean. On the
floor below the hotel is a restaurant (Mexican and American food) and
bar. Other amenities include room service, central television with basic
cable, pay phones, bar and lanai area, complimentary Continental
breakfast, complimentary souvenir lavalava, laundry services, sauna,
small exercise room.
The hotel is on the main road and a 5-10 minute drive
from the workshop location. You can expect to pay a taxi $3 - $5 (one

This is a bed and breakfast setting that offers three
rooms with queen-size beds, and one suite with king-size bed, 24"
television with basic cable, private bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi,
and a private deck with spectacular sea views. All rooms have air
conditioning, private bathrooms, and telephones.
Room rates are for single occupancy (add $25 for double
occupancy rates) and include a breakfast of fresh fruits, fruit
smoothies, fruit juices, toast, pastries, and coffee or tea. Lunches and
gourmet dinners can be arranged with prior notice for an additional cost
and they can make your rental car arrangements prior to arrival. Other
amenities include laundry service, convenient access and parking with
garden surroundings, a large common area with an entertainment system,
DVD player and television with cable, and exterior covered decks
providing spectacular sea and sunrise views.
The bed and breakfast is approximately a 5-8 minute
drive from where the workshop will be held and you can expect to pay a

laundry service and Internet access for $5.00 per one-half hour. There
is no on-site restaurant so they offer a free shuttle service to
restaurants for their guests and free shuttle to and from the airport
upon request.
The hotel is off the main road and approximately a
25-30 minute drive from where the workshop will be held. They offer a
$5.00 per person shuttle/per day (round-trip) to and from the workshop
facility or you can expect to pay a taxi $15 - $20 (one way) from the

The hotel is currently undergoing some renovations and
the coffee shop is not open at this time, but a dining room for all
meals is open. All rates shown are for double occupancy, all rooms have
air conditioners and a king-size and single bed. $72 for standard room,
no extras; $85 for deluxe, includes small refrigerator and TV (one or
two local channels); $125 for suite, includes small refrigerator and TV
with basic cable. Other amenities include swimming pool, dining room,
bar, duty-free shop, and laundry services. Cancellation fee if
reservations not canceled prior to 48 hours of arrival date.
The Rainmaker is next door to the workshop location,
and within a 5-10 minute walk of the downtown area (bank, post office,
and some shops). |

One room with king-size and single bed $135, two rooms
with queen-size bed $95 each, two rooms with full size beds for $85 and
$75 each. All rooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, television and
basic cable, radio/alarm clock, small refrigerator stocked with
beverages, and telephone.
Most of the rooms have beautiful views that extend from
the golf course to the ocean. Other amenities include a swimming pool
and patio area, bar, central kitchen and dining area, complimentary
Continental breakfast, golf arrangements, business center with fax
machine with Internet access for $5.00 per each one-half hour, and
airport shuttle service available upon request. The staff is very
helpful and can assist you with scheduling a tee time, finding a
dentist, or confirming your return flights.
The lodge is located next to the only golf course
on-island and approximately 25-30 minute drive to the workshop location.

There are three bedrooms available in the main house:
one master bedroom with king-size bed and private bath, $125 per night;
two bedrooms with queen-size beds and a shared bath for $90 and $100 per
night. A small refrigerator and television with basic cable located in
family room area for rooms sharing a bath room
Next to the main house are two 3 bedroom apartments
(similar to what you would find in a three bedroom single-family home).
First and second floors have one master bedroom with king-size bed and
private bath, $125 per night; and two bedrooms with queen-size beds and
a shared bath, $100 per night. Each floor has a full kitchen, family
room area with television and basic cable, and an outdoor porch/lanai
area.
Juice, coffee, cereal, and local fruit is provided if
the workers pick something on the way to work that day. Ask about for a
weekly rate if interested in staying at least 7 days. Add $20 per night
to room rates for double occupancy rates. Other amenities include a
swimming pool, tennis court, hot water, computer access for e-mail,
laundry services.
The lodge is located along the cliffs in Vaitogi
village, and is approximately a 40-50 minute drive from the location of
the workshop. The narrow, one-lane road to this lodge is not maintained
and currently in bad condition. You can expect to pay a taxi $20-$25
